The Buyer shall also have 30 days after the execution of the contract to perform all feasibility and due diligences as the Buyer may elect in connection with the subject
property to determine whether in the Buyer’s intended use from an economic, technical, environmental, zoning and other criteria as set by the Buyer. The study will
be conducted at the Buyer’s sole cost and expense. Seller will cooperate fully with the Buyer providing any and all information available regarding the development
potential of the property, current and former uses, and environmental and other aspects of the property.
